My Beauty Report

1. Scope

These Terms govern your use of My Beauty Report, an online service that creates an AI-assisted facial aesthetics and grooming report from a selfie or uploaded photo. The provider is modeleven IT GmbH, Kurt-Tichy-Gasse 12/2/15, 1100 Wien, Austria. Privacy and support requests can be sent to privacy@modeleven.com.

2. Eligibility and image rights

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You may only upload photos of yourself or photos for which you have all required rights and permissions. Do not upload images of children, third parties without consent, illegal content, or content that violates another person's rights.

3. Product and payment

The service may provide a limited free preview with a broad score range and one practical insight. One completed checkout purchases one generated report for one submitted image. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout and may include VAT or applicable taxes depending on your location and Stripe configuration.

4. AI-generated output

The report is generated with AI and is provided for informational, grooming, style, and entertainment purposes. It is not medical, dermatological, psychological, biometric identification, employment, credit, insurance, or other high-stakes advice. Scores and recommendations are inherently subjective and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances.

5. No harmful use

You agree not to use the service to harass, shame, discriminate against, profile, identify, or make consequential decisions about another person. The service must not be used as a substitute for professional advice.

6. Delivery and retrieval

After successful payment, the service generates a downloadable PDF report. Generation may take a short time and can fail due to technical issues, unsupported images, third-party service interruptions, or safety constraints. Reports can be retrieved using the email address supplied during checkout, where available.

7. Refunds

The report is paid digital content that is generated and delivered immediately after checkout. Before payment you must expressly agree to immediate generation and delivery before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery begins. Refunds remain available where required by mandatory consumer law or where the service fails and cannot be remedied. If you believe a payment or report has failed, contact privacy@modeleven.com.

8. Intellectual property

You retain rights in your uploaded image. You receive a personal, non-exclusive right to use and download the generated report. The application, templates, branding, layout, prompts, and software remain the property of the provider or licensors.

9. Availability and changes

The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. Features, templates, pricing, and third-party integrations may change over time. The provider may suspend the service for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, or legal reasons.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to foreseeable direct damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is not permitted by mandatory law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or mandatory consumer rights.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the provider's place of business, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
